Returns

You may return items for a refund if they are unused and in a resaleable condition.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Audited by Intertek Group Plc in 2022, we last visited this manufacturer in 2026. They convert over 90% of waste fabric into yarn which is then freely distributed, they also recycle all paper and plastic waste.
