Returns
You may return items for a refund if they are unused and in a resaleable condition.

Their client list is full of the world’s most sophisticated designers as their technical ability, high quality yarns and fine gauge machinery is second to none. They have many accreditations to their name including Global Recycle Standard certification and they are audited by SEDEX every year. In 2025 we became a Certified B Corporation and we are proud to be carbon neutral and conduct an annual audit so we can offset our emissions as precisely as possible.
