Returns
You may return items for a refund if they are unused and in a resaleable condition.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Brora is now B Corp Certified and we are proud to be carbon neutral and have an annual audit to offset our emissions. We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and working closely with all our suppliers to this end. We have worked with our Portuguese partner making our clothing for the past two decades. They are both OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and also have Global Recycle Standard certification. As part of their sustainability strategy, they recycle all plastic, paper, and textile waste, have installed photovoltaics solar panels and have invested in electric vehicles to reduce carbon emissions.
